Your body, read as one system.
Food, training and your cycle in one place. Every 2 weeks, a check-in tells you the one thing to change.

Targets that move
With your cycle, and with what you actually trained.
Log it in a sentence
Type it, say it, or photograph it. No database to search.
A read, not a dashboard
Sentences that name one change. Not 9 charts to decode.
Most apps hand you a number and leave.
Phase+ stays for the part where you work out what it meant. How it works
Log lightly.
Get read properly.
Log a meal
A sentence, a voice note, or a photo.
Your target moves
With today's training and today's cycle phase.
Weigh in when you can
The scale is the honest witness here.
Read your check-in
Every 2 weeks, in plain language.
The honest part
Photo calorie AI undercounts you.
A 2026 study found it missing 250 to 345 kcal per meal, always in the same direction. It does not average out.
So the camera never gets the last word here. Your check-in reads what you logged against what the scale actually did.
The gap is about 210 kcal a day. Set the target from the scale, not from the estimate.
Cycle-synced
A month is not 4 identical weeks.
The luteal lift is real but modest, roughly 3 to 5%. Appetite rises far more than metabolism does, so Phase+ moves the number a little and explains the rest.
Follicular
Energy is cheap. Train hard.
Ovulation
Peak output, and it says so.
Luteal
A small bump, and no scolding.
Period
Weight noise read as water.
The check-in
Written for you, in sentences.
What moved, what it means, and the one change to make next. Share it as a link if you want to.
You held a small deficit for 11 of 14 days. Weight is down 0.6 kg, the pace you asked for.
Protein is the weak line: 4 days under 100g, all of them training days. That is the combination that costs muscle in a cut.
The 3 days you went over were days 24 to 26, late luteal. Predictable, and worth planning for rather than absorbing.
One change: eat protein first at lunch on training days.
What's inside
One app, because your body is one system.
Type, speak or photograph it.
Credited the day you train.
Meal plans, and a menu reader for eating out
A trend, not a daily verdict.
Predictions and phase views.
The context behind a bad week.
A shopping order that writes itself.
The promise
Built to be outgrown.
Every other tracker assumes you will log forever, and their business needs that to stay true.
We would rather you learned something and needed us less.
Pricing
Free to start.
Everything, for under €3 a month.
Same thing, cancel whenever.
Your first 2 check-ins are free. No trial countdown, no lifetime plan we would regret selling you.
Questions
The fair questions.
Do I have to track my cycle?
No. It is a preference, and the tab disappears if you switch it off. The targets and the check-in just read better when you do.
Is the photo estimate accurate?
On its own, no, and neither is anyone else's. Treat it as a fast first draft. The scale is what corrects it.
What about calories burned in a workout?
You get credited the same day, which most trackers get wrong. But a burn estimate runs generous, from anyone. Over 2 weeks your weight settles the argument.
Can I use it while maintaining?
Yes. The check-in asks what you actually want first, and "I am happy here" is a valid answer.
Is my data private?
Nothing is public unless you share it: a check-in link, a cycle shared with a partner, a meal posted to your feed. Each is deliberate, and each can be revoked.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes, in beta. Join it through TestFlight, it is the same account either way. Everything already works in the browser, so you can start now and install later: open Phase+, tap share, then "Add to Home Screen".
